At Aipas, we want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the sports gear you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
